Return & Refund

Need to return or refund your order? No problem! All you need is your order number and the email address associated with your account to get started.

If you are not totally satisfied with your order and the item is in unused condition with original packaging still intact, then the item can be returned for refund within thirty (30) days of the shipping date for FREE

If the returned item cannot be restocked due to appearing used, your request for a refund, exchange, or store credit will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

Please allow up to three weeks for your return to be fully processed and a refund / store credit / exchange to be issued.
