With the red laser diode, this laser tool project a relatively dim laser line so that we recommend for indoor use only like picture hanging and ceiling.

SELF-LEVELING & TILT MODE
When the pendulum in unlocked position, the laser tool can be used to leveling in natural horizontal and vertical line reference. When the pendulum in locked position, the red cross line can be projected via different angles.
